I JUST PLACED AN ORDER—WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 3 – 7 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.


HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2 – 5 business days

Please note that certain factors beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, etc.) may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as shipping is managed by external carriers.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without penalty.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us with the subject line: "CANCEL".
  • If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS—WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you accidentally entered the wrong address, please:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email with the correct shipping details.
  2. Contact us immediately via email.

If the correction request is made within 24 hours, we can update your shipping details.


MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED—WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We take extra precautions to ensure safe packaging. However, in rare cases (about 1 in 1,000 shipments), products may arrive damaged due to mishandling during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with:
✅ Your order number
✅ A clear photo of the damaged product

Once received, we will send a replacement free of charge.
